Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to offer online returns for orders placed on drippyseason.com within 45 days of purchase for a full refund.

Refunds

Purchases made by debit or credit card (including pre-paid gift cards) and through PayPal will be credited back to the original form of payment. If you paid with a Drippy Season Apparel Gift Card, you will be issued a separate E-Gift Card for the refunded amount.

Return Exceptions

Limited edition items, discounted items, clearance items, gift cards, bodywear, face mask and customized items are final sale.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you must go through our return process and place a new order.

Additional Notes

Drippy Season Apparel is not responsible for any returns lost in transit or any additional charges incurred.

All returns must be in original packaging, new condition with tags and receipt. All domestic and international customers are responsible for return fees unless otherwise stated.

To cancel an order, you must contact sales@drippyseason.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Holidays are not operating periods and therefore do not count towards order processing and shipment transit times.

Any product shipped back to Drippy Season Apparel as an RTS (Return to Sender) for failure to deliver, receive or collect, there will be a $20 RTS fee to cover reshipment cost.
